How long does shipping take?
We ship your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?
No, shipping is free of charge – we cover the costs for you.

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay safely and conveniently using TWINT or a credit card.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, cancellation is generally possible. Please contact us as soon as possible by email. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein as standard. Deliveries to other countries are currently possible only upon request by email (e.g. for gift shipments).

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If a product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately by email. We will find a solution together.

How can I contact customer service?
You can reach us at any time by email or via our contact form. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Will multiple orders arrive together?
To conserve resources and reduce environmental impact, we aim to combine orders from the same sender. If orders are placed within 4 hours of each other, they are usually packed together. A maximum of three boxes can be combined in one shipment. From the fourth box onwards, shipping is split into multiple parcels that leave our warehouse at the same time.

What about sustainability?
Sustainability is very important to us. We use environmentally friendly packaging and optimize shipping routes. By combining orders, we reduce packaging waste and CO₂ emissions.
